And the replanting begins....

I had just replanted before the tree came down; most of those seeds were not productive or were eaten by the wee tiny birds and beasties (we have a plethora of chipmunks here!) so... we try again. At least all the limbs, etc. are gone.

Yes it is; patience and persistance. I'll get it right before the season is over- wait and see!

Oh yeah! You had quite a start with the tree situation!! And the weather hasn't been the best, either (or least here it's been cold!) I'm glad to see you're "back at it!" I'm trying to get MORE at it but still ... it's going kind of slow. I was going to put the cucumber seeds in the ground today. I hoed up the hills with good intentions of doing that but pooped out early, and plus - I convinced myself that - since I didn't have the tomato plants yet - I might as well wait til I got them and just do it all at one time. :) excuses and excuses. No more tomorrow!

have a great one!

Well, I am trying a variety of methods...

Planting #1 was all in house started plants; some of them made it, some not- we havent had a real frost but Mom Nature has been a little harsh...

Planting #2 was a combination of seeds and house started plants. The tree issue took care of a good many of those (but maybe also a few birds, chipmunks, etc.) and of course Riley thinks the garden is a wonderful place to stick her feet.

Planting #3 - all seeds into the ground. I am waiting to see what happens (that was Tuesday). I really do not want to go and get plants from that various vendors...

On the other hand- I have 2 - yes TWO tomato plants with TOMATO babies on them! Did I say TWO!!!!??? Make that THREE!
